PanCathay’s founder, Madeleine Sturrock, has been active in China business for more than 25 years. She was the senior staff member of the 48 Group and Deputy CEO of the China-Britain Business Council. She has lived in Sichuan and Beijing and is a frequent visitor to Tianjin. She serves on several China committees (business and academic) and is a frequent public speaker on China.
